Welcome to Back\Slash – a tech channel like no other.
Back\Slash is a storytelling-driven channel dedicated to exploring, reviving, and reimagining the technology that shaped the world. From early iPhones to modded game consoles and forgotten gadgets, each video dives into the history, design, and culture behind the devices that defined an era. It’s where nostalgia meets curiosity—a place to rediscover the tech that once felt futuristic and see what it still has to teach us today.
I created this channel under a different name, but similar niche in 2016. The channel only consisted of a few videos with a couple of them gathering a decent viewership. I was very self conscious and the bravery to post was lost, leaving the channel to sit in dismay. 9 years later I resurrected the channel with new branding and a revamped niche. Still self-conscious, I pushed through the self doubt to create videos I’m passionate about, and that’s exactly what I plan to keep doing.
